2. ‘Two Careers at Risk’
(Workplace)
This mediation session demonstrates Dr. Larry Fong and
Dr. Donald MacGillavry, live in session mediating a
workplace dispute where two colleagues working in the
food industry are disputing with each other. Both would
need each other for promotion within the company. Morale
is low in the company because of their dispute. When
an important company presentation was planned, the colleague
who was to prepare the presentation did not show up
in person and no presentation was provided to the management.
How will these two colleagues manage their difficulties?
